About This Event

Organizations need men and women with strong management skills, but is that enough? What's needed is good leadership and this course is focused on just that.

Good leaders provide direction and vision as the world around the organization evolves. They motivate and inspire others to achieve the organization's goals, and help to create an environment conducive to success by promoting communication and collaboration among team members.

Best Care EAP's Leadership in Action takes a deep dive into the five habits of world-class leadership, and challenges team leads, supervisors, and managers to integrate them into their current success "tool kits".

Session is 9 am -  4 pm CST

Parking is FREE. This is a full day, in-person session that breaks from 12-1 p.m. for lunch.
