If you are someone who's typically felt in control of your life, it can be jarring to have it suddently disrupted. It helps to acknowledge the losses we've faced and the grief we're feeling. While these feelings may be disruptive, they're normal and for many people there are effective ways to push back. This program teaches us how to identify and act on these feelings and how to experience and cope with grief without being consumed by it.
