When conflicts are handled well, team communication, creativity and productivity soar. Handled poorly, chaos and drama abound. Learning to resolve conflicts as professionally as possible is a must. Conflict Resolution Academy will ensure you're ready.
This is a full day, in-person session that breaks from 12-1 p.m. for lunch. Lunch is on your own.
