Even in tightly-knit organizations, personality conflicts will arise. Learning to manage these conflicts is a leadership skill you need to master. This program explores many ways to show you just what to do.
You'll walk away with a better idea of:
Why personality conflicts occur in the first place; how to prevent them; what to do if you find yourself a party to the conflict, and how to deal with conflicts between two employees, between one person and a group, and between teams.
This is a full day, in-person session that breaks from 12-1 p.m. for lunch. Lunch is on your own.
