Brian Turille, MBA, loves being part of a team that’s committed to providing The Meaning of Care.
“It’s showing clients compassion and empathy, treating everyone as if they were your family member,” said Turille, manager of account and education services for the Best Care Employee Assistance Program (EAP). “I love solving problems and bringing solutions to businesses that help them retain employees or solve an ongoing issue – helping businesses focus on what they’re in business for.”
Turille is motivated by the relationships he’s built over the years. He has worked in corporate wellness roles for over a decade, and he also spent time as an exercise physiologist. His most memorable career moments include helping large businesses implement award-winning wellness programs. He’s especially proud of times when he’s earned a client’s trust, which helped him better determine the causes of their challenges and implement programs to target them.
“I’m very passionate about getting people the resources, education, etc., that they need before a major event occurs,” he said. “I really enjoy working on programs that can make a difference in people’s lives – and teach them how to make a difference for themselves.”
Outside of work, Turille describes himself as an avid golfer and family man. He enjoys making memories with his wife and two children.
