Brian Turille, MBA, loves being part of a team that’s committed to providing The Meaning of Care.

As Manager of Client Services for the Best Care Employee Assistance Program (EAP), he brings a relationship-driven approach grounded in compassion, empathy, and real-world results.

With more than a decade of experience in corporate wellness—and a background as an exercise physiologist—Brian has dedicated his career to helping individuals and organizations thrive. He has partnered with businesses of all sizes to design and implement impactful, award-winning wellness programs that improve retention, strengthen culture, and address complex workforce challenges.

Known for building strong, trusted partnerships, Brian works closely with clients to uncover root causes and deliver meaningful, practical solutions. He is especially driven by proactive outreach—connecting people to resources, education, and support before challenges escalate.

Outside of work, Brian is an avid golfer and dedicated family man who enjoys making lasting memories with his wife and two children.
