Rachael Kros
Training Consultant
Having previously been a Best Care EAP Counseling client herself, Rachael Kros is dedicated to creating learning experiences that support both personal well-being and professional growth.
Kros’ career began in special education, where she was passionate about helping others learn, grow and overcome challenges. After losing her sister Bailey in 2016, she turned to Best Care EAP for support, deepening her appreciation for the power of seeking help and inspiring her to encourage others to do the same.
Today, Kros brings that same compassion and authenticity to every training she facilitates, combining her educational background with her lived experiences to promote mental and professional wellbeing. She believes that both personal growth and professional success not only start with, but depend upon, caring for one’s mental and emotional health.
Kros strives to create an empowering, encouraging space where every participant feels supported and inspired to utilize the many resources Best Care EAP provides.
“My goal is to remind everyone that asking for help is an incredible sign of strength. There is nothing too big or too small to benefit from counseling and coaching.”
In her free time, Kros enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their two dogs, reading, and crafting of all kinds.
