David Dechant
Training Consultant/Curriculum Coordinator
David Dechant, MS, CCP, LFSWE, found his dream job when he joined the team at Best Care Employee Assistance Program.
“Great boss, great coworkers and interesting work,” he said.
But even more satisfying is showing clients The Meaning of Care by “significantly improving the quality of people’s lives, one person at a time.”
Dechant specializes in management training, leadership development and organizational development. He enjoys taking the time necessary to identify a client’s needs and determine how he can best help.
“I’m committed to helping them become just as happy and successful as they are willing to work to be,” he said. “If I can help people learn to be effective and caring leaders, then I feel I’ve been able to make a difference.”
Education: David has earned master’s degrees in Theater and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska – Omaha, MA, MS, CCP, Performance Coach
