Heather Wattier
Training Consultant
Heather Wattier, a training consultant and instructional coach with Best Care EAP, has a passion for serving others. She enjoys the challenge of guiding individuals through complex situations and fostering workplace environments where people can thrive.
“I enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients and their teams to help them build trust, strengthen leadership skills, improve relationships and develop healthier team dynamics in their workplace,” she said.
Her commitment to confidentiality and individualized support ensures clients feel valued and empowered throughout the entire training process.
With over 10 years of training experience working with individuals across diverse populations and backgrounds, Wattier takes a dynamic approach to each project, tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of every team. Connecting with clients on a genuine, interpersonal level is at the core of her work, helping to improve collaboration and ultimately achieve better results.
Outside of work, Wattier enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family. She’s also an avid sports fan and enjoys watching football, basketball, baseball and volleyball.
